Overview

The Sr. Agile Delivery Lead/Program Manager role will be responsible for consolidating and leading Account Opening & Activations Program, a large scale, cross functional initiative. Responsible for delivering Program and projects on-time, on budget, through the Change Framework. Integrate Program/Project health routines with stakeholders and reduce redundancy in reporting. Drive scope, sizing, and prioritization of work within the programs. Develop new or change existing artifacts and documents to bring consistency to our execution approach.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or services, or executes a function.
  • Must demonstrate strong financial acumen.
  • Role may require responsibility for staff and budget.
  • Serves as the primary contact department managers for critical change initiatives.
  • Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
  • Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches, and facilitating implementation.
  • Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.
  • Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.
  • Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
  • Management experience with small to mid-size teams.
Required Skills
  • Executive Level written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to act as a player/coach.
  • Lead Daily Agile Sprints.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters & RTE’s.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure quality and accurate work product.
  • Comfortable working under defined timelines in high demand, fast paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
  • Experience in managing programs/projects following Agile Methodology.
  • Executive Presence.
  • Management experience.
  • 7 plus years’ Program/Change Management including process improvement.
  • Experience as an Agile Coach (Nice to have).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pennington, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $70.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
