• Provide planning, design, and coordination support on projects and pursuits.
• Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings.
• Prepare drawings and specification documents.
• Research, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning, building codes, and building materials.
• Understand healthcare trends and prepare health‑planning presentation drawings, diagrams, and narratives.
• Assist the coordination of all disciplines related to building design and health planning.
• Mentor junior staff or interested colleagues in health‑planning practices.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Health Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Health Planning.
• Architectural registration.
• Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam).
• Advanced credentials desired (e.g., ACHA, LEED, EDAC, AICP).
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge and experience of healthcare architecture planning and design.
• Capability to make client presentations.
• Leadership and management skills required.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and flexible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in building construction.
• Understanding of design techniques, tools and principles for precision technical plans, prints, drawings, and models.
