Role Overview :This role involves providing phone-based services to clients, handling 20 to 30 inbound calls daily to address financial needs. Responsibilities include deepening client relationships by referring them to specialized sales teams, managing products, trading in self-directed accounts, and maintaining knowledge of chat and various financial products. Training is provided over 12 months to prepare for licensing exams including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
Responsibilities:- Identify client needs and refer sales opportunities to appropriate teams.
- Complete training and obtain necessary licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66).
- Provide exceptional client service and support clients' financial goals.
- Client-focused with a positive team attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with sales and relationship management aptitude.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to pass licensing exams.
- Ambitious, disciplined, resilient, and eager to learn.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of performance-based experience.
- Licenses such as SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and leadership capabilities.

Hours:
1st shift (U.S. based), 40 hours/week.
