• Active New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations accepted)
• Ability to float between RMC and Hopewell campuses

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department Holds unit
• Float between assigned campuses to deliver clinical support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress using Cerner EMR
• Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocols
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
