QA Automation Tester AI

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a QA Automation Tester with AI with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test frameworks, primarily utilizing Selenium Web Driver for functional and UI testing
• Serve as the technical expert for ALM Octane, ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements, code changes, test execution, and defects across the SDLC
• Integrate automated test suites into the CI/CD pipeline (Continuous Testing) and configure ALM Octane to serve as the single source of truth for quality gating and reporting
• Leverage Git Hub Copilot (and similar AI tools) to accelerate the creation, maintenance, refactoring, and debugging of Selenium test scripts and associated automation code
• Develop comprehensive quality dashboards and reports within ALM Octane to provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights on product quality, release risk, and test coverage
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers on automation best practices, framework design, and the effective use of AI augmentation tools

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise (4+ years)
• 2+ years of direct experience using ALM Octane for test planning, execution management, defect tracking, and robust quality reporting
• Expert-level, hands‑on experience designing, developing, and deploying complex test automation solutions using Selenium Web Driver (in Java, Python, or JavaScript)
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven)
• Strong proficiency with Continuous Integration (CI) tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions) and integrating automated tests within them
• ALM & Quality Management
• Deep understanding of quality metrics and how to enforce quality gates based on automated test results
• Demonstrable experience using Git Hub Copilot or similar LLM-based coding assistants to significantly boost personal productivity in a professional environment (specifically related to writing or refactoring automation code)

Pay range: $49.15 - $57.15
