CI​/CD AI Automation Expert

Role Overview

Genesis
10 is seeking a CI/CD AI Automation Expert for a 12+ month contract role in Pennington, NJ.

• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure CI/CD pipelines primarily utilizing Harness or other AI-driven automation platforms.
• Drive the adoption of Git Ops principles and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible for environment provisioning on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Design and implement advanced deployment strategies (e.g., Canary, Blue/Green, Progressive Delivery) and automated rollback mechanisms.
• Manage and integrate artifact repositories (e.g., JFrog Artifactory) into the CI/CD workflow to ensure secure, traceable, and reliable binary management.
• Leverage AI features within CI/CD tools to enhance efficiency, specifically focusing on Automated Deployment Verification (Continuous Verification) to reduce deployment risk.
• Implement AI-driven test intelligence to run only relevant unit/integration tests, accelerating build times.
• Use predictive analytics to identify pipeline bottlenecks and proactively recommend optimizations.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines in a production environment.
• 2+ years of direct experience with next‑generation CI/CD platforms like Harness CI/CD, Git Lab CI, or similar.
• Deep expertise with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with cloud‑native services.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expert‑level knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform/Cloud Formation) and configuration management (Ansible/Chef/Puppet).
