Windows​/Desktop Engineer

Hybrid, 3 days site in Pennington, NJ. Due to client requirements, must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship – W2 ONLY. Desktop Platform Engineering resource assigned with design and implementation of next generation Financial Center desktop platform within the firm. This person must have extensive knowledge and applied on the job experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as packaging technologies, virtualization, and telemetry tools.

This position will also require understanding of a dispersed Branch Office technical environment, with an understanding of networking tools and terminology. Experience with windows imaging technologies, specifically Microsoft Configuration Manager, is required.

Required Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge and applied experience with:
Windows OS environment (Windows 7 and Windows 10), Microsoft Virtualization Technologies (AppV, User Experience Virtualization), Flexera Admin Studio, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Vmware Hosted Virtual Desktop environments, Scripting languages;
VbScript, Perl, Powershell, Telemetry tools;
Splunk, Aternity

This is a Contract position based out of Pennington, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 – $73.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
