Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst (Charlotte, Jersey City, Pennington) to join their dynamic team. As a Data & Analytics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Application Production Services Engineering department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Quantify and measure the overall effectiveness of the Engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering. Collaborate with team members to collect, normalize, and analyze key performance metrics. Create and publish comprehensive reports for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making. Develop insights to optimize organizational processes and communicate findings effectively to leadership. Support the evolution of reporting capabilities to enhance organizational efficiency and communication.

What's Needed?

At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or a Master’s/MBA equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce Tableau, and Python/Data modeling languages. Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting insights in a clear, consumable manner. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels. Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies in a fast-evolving business environment.
