Job Description :

-At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes2 years performing JIRA , TFS and Quality Center administration. (JIRA is primary and TFS, QC can be advantage)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to communicate and resolve issues. Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze an issue, identify root cause and implement the solution. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume support environment.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and drive for results. Ability to perform project management and lead responsibilitiesproject and talent management

Experience with project management

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
