This is a Field work contract role for a Utilization Review Nurse. The Utilization Review Nurse will be responsible for performing utilization management, reviewing medical records, coordinating discharge planning, and working collaboratively with healthcare providers. The nurse will ensure that patients receive appropriate care while optimizing the use of healthcare resources.

• Experience in Utilization Management/Prior Authorization/Case Review
• Nurses with active RN license in NJ.
• A valid Driver License is needed.
• Worker will do first two weeks of training.
• This is a Field Based position. This position will cover Essex and Bergen counties.
• Reimbursement for mileage is available.

• Utilization Management and Medical Records skills
• Case Management
• Background in Medicine and Nursing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
