• Commissions are uncapped.
• Base wages: hourly rate or commission & bonus structure.

• Assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Work guaranteed full‑time hours with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
