Regent Flooring Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our in-house team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with deep knowledge of flooring materials—from hardwood and vinyl to tile and carpet. As the face of our flooring department, you will consult directly with homeowners and builders, manage sales from initial inquiry through installation, and help customers choose flooring solutions that elevate their spaces.

Known for our personalized service and quality craftsmanship, we operate a well-appointed design showroom in Pennington, NJ, offering clients a full-service remodeling experience. • Customer Consultation: Engage with clients in person, over the phone, and online to assess flooring needs and recommend suitable products.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all flooring types (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, laminate) and stay informed on new trends and materials.
• Sales & Negotiation: Present flooring solutions with professionalism, handle pricing discussions, and close sales with confidence.
• Estimates & Proposals: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals outlining product selections, services, and associated costs.
• Customer Support: Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the sales cycle, including follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with installers and contractors to ensure accurate order processing and timely installation.
• Showroom Maintenance

  Keep product displays organized, clean, and updated to support an exceptional customer experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of flooring sales experience (required)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliable transportation (required)

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sunday & Friday:
  Off

• This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our showroom in Pennington, NJ, with travel to local job sites as needed.
