Part-Time Bookkeeper through Emerson Group

Our client, a well-established organization located in Pennsauken, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their accounting and administrative operations. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely after an initial training period.

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable through trial balance.
• Perform daily bookkeeping activities using Quick Books.
• Maintain and update financial records and reports.
• Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
• Support internal teams with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks.
• Utilize CRM systems (experience is a plus).

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CRM experience is a plus, but not required.

• Flexible part-time schedule—up to 10-15 hours a week.
