HVAC Project Estimator

• 5 years HVAC industry Experience
• Report to — V.P. Operations
• Estimating
  - Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate.
• CAD
  - Shop drawings, as built drawings, coordination drawings, etc. as needed.
• Mechanical system knowledge-Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients.
• Project Management
  - Work with Project Manager regarding submittals, drawings, purchases, deliveries, etc. Any other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
• Customer Relations
  - Promptly address customer concerns and resolve with the intent of maintaining a long term relationship.
• Company Relations-Build and maintain positive rapport and working relationships with all West Jersey personnel to resolve problems, gain opportunities and maximize profit.
• Documentation-Prepare complete, clear and concise reports, proposals, required company paperwork as required. Maintain support information relative to ongoing work.
• Special Projects-Provide support for any special projects assigned
• Computer Skills
  - Knowledge of excel, Word, MC2 , Quick Pen or other estimating
• Software packages a plus.
