We are recruiting for a Full-Time Outpatient Receptionist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is Benefits Eligible.

- Responsible for answering telephone calls andtransferring to appropriate destinations.
- Responsible for greeting patients
- Responsible for collecting required documentation,copays, deductibles or payment of services prior to treatment and documenting transactions in EMR.
- Responsible for daily insuranceverifications.
- Responsible for monitoring entrances andexits of visitors, patients and families.
- Handle various clerical functions as assigned by Manager and/or Director.
- Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in clerical/healthcare environment
- Computer literate in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with team member sand patient’s families
- Ability to function independently or under supervision as task requires
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingual Preferred
Hours:
Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday 11am-7pm, Wednesday & Thursday 10am – 6pm, Friday 9am-5pm
