We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead, develop, and coach a team of sales professionals. Your focus will be to grow territories, identify prospects, build client relationships, and close business across our complete line of hardware, software, solutions, and services. You will also manage performance reviews, forecasting, and ride days.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of 4–8 sales reps.
- Lead, motivate, and counsel the team to meet or exceed sales quotas and projections.
- Ensure team meets minimum sales and prospecting activity levels.
- Coach use of the company CRM system for accurate opportunity management.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to review activity, attainment, prospecting, and best practices.
- Develop territory strategy with account and contact identification.
- Ensure sales funnels allow reps to achieve assigned quotas.
- Plan, coach, train, and review individual reps’ progress toward revenue targets.
- Recommend and facilitate development opportunities.
- Schedule team‑building and informational meetings.
- Create an inclusive environment to promote sales and retention.
- Build account structures and territories for reps.
- Resolve customer issues with internal staff.
- Build pipeline of sales representatives and introduce products via outreach.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between teams and marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Office Technology Industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office products required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills and desire to develop and lead a sales team.
- Motivated to learn new technology and excellent time management skills.
- Direct sales leadership of multiple teams in the office equipment/imaging market.
- Experience with Compass Sherpa and eAutomate.
- Social media / Marketing awareness.
Typical pay range: $87,495.00 – $, based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
