Overview
Pennsauken-based coffee company is looking for an energetic machine operator/packer to immediately join our production team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, health benefits, 401 K, paid vacations, and holidays.
Responsibilities- Ensure correct weights, boxes, and materials are used efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards with a can-do attitude.
- Learn multiple aspects of the job quickly and adapt as needed.
- Possess the ability to add and subtract as required.
- Learn quickly and adapt to help benefit coworkers.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team across multiple positions.
- Must be organized with good attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (and 25 to 30 pounds repeatedly).
- Must be self-motivated.
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours.
- Must have dependable transportation to get to and from work.
- Ability to work OT and Saturdays when needed.
