Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with shipping operations, material handling, and operating manual grinding. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting heavy items and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging and loading/unloading materials.
- Operate manual lathes and other basic manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Perform general labor duties such as moving, stacking, and organizing materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Basic knowledge of manual grinding operation (training can be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
