WELDER-TIG FAB & CLADDING

COMPANY PROFILE:
Fluidyne Corp is a well respected prime contractor that manufactures custom valves for the Navy. The majority of our business supports the Navy’s critical Nuclear Propulsion and Level I/Subsafe programs. Consequently, the quality of our product is vital to our success. Our facility is clean, well lit and fully air conditioned. We were established in 1984 and currently employ 30 people.

In addition, we are very proud of our extremely low employee turnover.

WORK HOURS:

This position requires a 40 hour work week. Our start time is 6:00 AM. Our lunch period is 30 minutes. We do not work on weekends. We do not have a second shift.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with talent and experience. The package includes company paid health insurance (employees are required to pay a portion of the cost for dependents) and a 401(k) Plan that includes a no limit 35% employer match,

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience with TIG welding. The 5 years may include time spent at a trade school.
• Machining ability a plus.
• Valve related experience a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Fabrication and Cladding of valve components using TIG method

· Assist our Production Department as required.

· Strict adherence to Engineering and Quality instructions.

Training will be provided as needed.
