Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – All Shifts | Skilled Nursing | Pennsauken, NJ

Riverfront Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care across all shifts. Immediate openings are available for new graduates.

Location:

Pennsauken, NJ

Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

Same Day Pay and a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Shifts Available:

• 7 AM – 3 PM
• 3 PM – 11 PM
• 11 PM – 7 AM

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and help with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Transport residents to activities or appointments.
• Accurately document care in accordance with facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resident-centered care.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NJ.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB test and physical assessment.
• Compassion, patience, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team.
