Apex Systems is seeking a Quality Technician for one of our Food clients located near Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

• Perform testing in samples (pH, viscosity, NI, wet chemistry, microbiology, etc.)
• Review results and communicate issues.
• Maintain records, logs, and notebooks.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Sensory is required.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Food Science, or science related field.
• Must be able to work 1st and/or 2nd shifts 12:30p-9p.
• Cannot have Tree nut allergies.
