• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site‑specific protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Support site operations by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or unusual conditions observed during patrols.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
