Position:
Maintenance "A" – District – 12‑month position – full‑time – entry level – manufacturing and production – industrial. Salary: $43,100.00/yr

District (Pennsauken Public Schools – Camden County, New Jersey).

Terms & conditions:
As per AFCSME contract.

• High School Graduate or GED
• Must have own transportation
• Must pass NJ Criminal History Review Unit fingerprinting requirement
• New Jersey residency requirements for public employees in effect
• Must be able to read, write, and verbalize work‑related directions and instructions with sufficient skills to perform effectively
• Must be physically able to fully perform all required maintenance duties, including working from ladders and scaffolding
• Preferably possess and maintain a current New Jersey Black Seal Boiler Operators License; if not, must acquire within 12 months of employment
• Must possess and maintain a valid New Jersey Motor Vehicle License
• Must be able to fulfill most of the duties outlined in the School District’s Maintenance "A" job description
• Knowledge of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration preferred
• Knowledge of Heating and HVAC Controls preferred
• Knowledge of Plumbing preferred
