Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Repair appliances with high quality and efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
• Provide value-added solutions to improve home comfort and protection
• Maintain company vehicle and manage parts efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification
• Mechanical knowledge, including testing and repair tools
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship
• Proficiency with smartphones, including for part ordering
• Background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license for the work location

Experience: 2-5 years in relevant field

Travel Requirements: 75% or more, Road Warrior
