Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

We consider our Warehouse Associates to be a vital cornerstone of our success. By maintaining the seamless flow of our day‑to‑day operations, they play a crucial role in empowering us to deliver unparalleled value to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable warehouse associate to join our team at our Pennsauken, NJ Service Center.

3rd Shift, Full‑Time – 11:30 pm to 8:00 am, Monday to Friday (off Friday morning, no weekends). This position will involve unloading and loading new caskets onto and off our vehicles, preparing deliveries, and supporting diverse warehouse activities. The role requires 40+ hours per week with a starting hourly pay rate of $19.00.

• Loads and unloads materials into or from vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Prepares products for delivery prior to loading.
• Operates forklift to assist in the transfer of product.
• Scans product upon arrival and records data to maintain accurate inventory.
• Unloads product and places it in appropriate storage within the warehouse.
• Pulls appropriate amount and type of product from warehouse based on shipping orders.
• Maintains a clean warehouse; stays aware of potential safety hazards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• 1+ years of previous warehouse experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts while on your feet, walking, pushing, pulling products.
• Self‑motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk, hear, see.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
• Regular exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Noise level may be high.
