PRO is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a temporary assignment, with the potential to extend and go permanent, and requires someone who can start immediately. Looking to hire ASAP!
Location: Berwyn, PA — Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $35–$38/hr
Key Responsibilities- Process high-volume transactions with three-way match (PO, invoice, receiving) in Net Suite
- Record bank transactions, deposits, transfers, payments, receipts, and interest
- Maintain accurate vendor records, support onboarding, and respond to inquiries
- Assist month-end close, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and reporting related to COGS and inventory purchases
- Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests
- Identify and escalate issues related to payments, fraud, or process deviations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, inventory, and logistics teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3–6 years of Accounts Payable or relevant accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP is required
- Advanced Excel skills and experience handling high-volume transactions
- Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements
