They are looking for a high-energy Sr. Accounting Manager to serve as a cornerstone to the finance and accounting team. If you are a detail-oriented strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants a "seat at the table" in a rapidly expanding company, this is your next big move!

• Lead the charge on monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries—all while keeping us GAAP-compliant.
• Help us scale! Establish internal controls, refine best practices, and play a lead role in seamless annual audits.
• Be a key player in the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying cost variances before they become hurdles.
• Oversee the General Ledger, payroll, and 401K administration with total precision.
• Lead and inspire. Supervise, train, and develop our junior accounting staff to reach their full potential.
• Partner with Project Accounting to ensure the flow of data between accounts payable and project costing is flawless.
• Manage everything from sales/use tax returns to contractor licensing across various jurisdictions, ensuring we are always "ahead of the curve."

• BS in Accounting is required. If you have your CPA or MBA, that’s a major plus.
• 5+ years of "boots on the ground" experience in construction financial or general ledger accounting.
• Self-motivated and able to juggle multiple high-priority deadlines without breaking a sweat.
