Senior Accountant – Hybrid (3 days in office) | Berwyn, PA

I’m supporting a growing specialty manufacturing organization that’s looking to add a Senior Accountant to their corporate accounting team. This is a backfill due to internal promotion
, so it’s a proven environment where people move up, not out.

This role sits under an excellent Accounting Team Lead with visibility up to the Controller and CFO. It’s hands‑on accounting, but also a chance to get involved in projects that most Senior Accountants don’t get exposure to.

What you’ll be doing

• Month-end close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations
• Balance sheet and P&L account analysis
• T&E review and accruals (Concur experience helpful)
• Support integration activities for acquired businesses (purchase price allocations, valuation support)
• Assist with audit coordination and financial reporting
• Look for process improvements and help tighten internal controls

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• 4+ years of general accounting
• Manufacturing is a plus due to inventory exposure
• Strong Excel and ability to work hands‑on in accounting systems
• Someone who owns their work and likes being part of a team
