As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the company’s general accounting operations. You’ll assist with month‑end close, fixed asset management, and other key accounting functions that help maintain the financial health of the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone graduating this coming Spring, who’s ready to apply their accounting education in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and identify variances.
• Assist in key aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage fixed asset records and reconciliations.
• Help develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Support annual audit activities, including research and resolution of audit findings.
• Contribute to budgeting, tax, and regulatory filing processes.
• Provide support for cash management and other accounting functions as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (anticipated graduation May 2026
  )
• 0–3 years of related experience (internship experience welcome)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with ERP accounting systems preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
