The Accounting/Office Manager is responsible for managing the company’s accounting functions while ensuring efficient office operations. This role acts as a bridge between finance and administration, supporting leadership and maintaining compliance with regulations.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payables/receivables, payroll and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for external accountants.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations reporting and payments.

• Manage office operations, supplies and vendor relationships.
• Maintain office policies and procedures.

• Onboarding, maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
• Support performance reviews and maintain HR compliance documentation.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and leadership.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books, Sage, ERP systems) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and office management.
