• Recording and tracking intercompany activity and reconciliation of intercompany GL accounts.
• Providing support and coordination for year-end audit, cost report papers, and other year-end reporting including 990s.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Assisting financial accounting for hospital general ledger.
• Responsible for grant accounting.
• Assisting in special projects, reimbursement analysis, and annual budget processes.
• Providing financial information and support to department managers and senior management.
• Able to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Able to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite as well as computer‑and/or mainframe‑based financial systems (fixed assets, general ledger, payroll).

  Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• EXPERIENCE:
  
  1-3 years general ledger experience preferred, healthcare knowledge a plus
