Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 4+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting functions for a growing business. This role is responsible for bank and credit card reconciliations, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records using Quick Books. Experience supporting construction companies or small businesses is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations, including Bank of America accounts.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and ensure accurate expense tracking.
• Generate and manage customer invoices while monitoring payment status.
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping data in Quick Books.
• Assist with accounts receivable, reporting, and general accounting support.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Support financial organization and reporting for business operations.
