- Comfortable interacting with clients professionally and confidently
- Team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment
- Reliable, coachable, and looking to grow with a firm long-term
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

- 401(k)
- PTO: prorated upon start; 5 sick days and 1 week vacation after first year
- Holidays: 10 paid holidays
- Schedule:

Why This Role
Small firm. Real responsibility. No corporate bureaucracy. If you want to be a number on a roster at a big firm, this isn't it. If you want to learn the full scope of tax and accounting work, interact directly with clients, and be part of building something — this is worth a conversation.
