Description Kforce's client, a rapid growth SaaS startup headquartered in Denver CO, would like to hire a Controller - SaaS Startup. This Controller will report to the CFO.Duties of the Controller will include:
* Managing a small team
* Month end close
* Financial statement prep
* External audit support Requirements
* Bachelor's degree Accounting a must;
An advanced degree such as a Master's in Accounting is a plus
* CPA a must
* Technology industry experience a plus
* Experience with venture backed or private equity backed companies a plus
* SaaS industry experience a plus
* Experience with Oracle or Net Suite a plus
Job Type Direct Hire Compensation
180000 - $230000 This is a strong position to take on the Controller
