Up to $100,000 (based on experience)

We’re searching for a forward-thinking Tax Accountant Associate who wants more than just crunching numbers—you want to grow, lead, and make an impact. This is your chance to work with a dynamic public accounting firm that values flexibility, mentorship, and cutting-edge tax strategies.

After a short onboarding period (4–5 days/week in-office for the first few months), you’ll choose your own 2 in-office days—the rest of the time, you can work where you’re most productive. You’ll get hands-on experience with complex tax projects, direct client exposure, and the chance to learn from seasoned leaders.

• Tackle complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations
• Collaborate with partners and clients on tax strategies that make a real difference
• Dive into independent tax research to uncover opportunities and solutions
• Handle IRS and state tax inquiries like a pro
• Mentor junior staff and share your expertise
• Manage multiple clients, budgets, and timelines without missing a beat
• Represent the firm at networking and industry events

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Management, or Economics
• CPA designation or actively working toward it
• 3–6 years of public accounting experience (multiple tax seasons preferred)
• Strong technical skills and a curious, problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills—both with clients and colleagues
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, and tax software (CCH, BNA, CCH Pro System is a plus)
• Willing to put in extra hours during peak season when needed
