Delaware Valley Paving Co. Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & AR Specialist to manage the company’s billing, collections, and customer accounts. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll partner with Project Managers and field operations to turn completed work into accurate, timely invoices and collected revenue.
You will prepare and submit progress billings, track aging, apply payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain compliance documents while driving cash flow across divisions.
