is a private family-owned scrap metal company serving the Pittsburgh and surrounding area. With our 48 years of experience, we are the top metal recycling company in the area.
We are looking for a full-time organized and dependable Office Manager to help oversee daily office operation and financial administrative tasks.
What can we offer YOU?:- PAY: $25-$27 per hour, offer depending on experience
- Full-time
- PTO after 90-day probation
- Sick time after 90-day probation
- Experience with Quick Books Online
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Knowledge of invoicing and banking/ACH transactions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handling invoices and customer payments
- Managing banking and ACH transactions
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Using Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
