Target Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 base salary + 5% bonus
• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and account maintenance
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment exceptions
• Support month-end activities and AP reporting requirements
• Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• High-volume invoice processing and vendor reconciliation experience
• ERP system experience and strong attention to detail
