Finance Clerk

We are looking for a part-time Finance Clerk to support day-to-day operations in Glenside, Pennsylvania. This Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, can work independently, adapt quickly to accounting systems, and maintain accuracy across a high volume of transactions. The role will contribute to both payable and receivable processes while helping keep financial records organized, current, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice intake, review supporting documentation, and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record incoming payments, reconcile account activity, and help maintain current and accurate receivable balances.
• Enter financial data into Quick Books and related systems while verifying completeness and consistency of records.
• Investigate discrepancies in billing, payment, and account records and follow through to resolution.
• Support month-to-month accounting activities by organizing documentation and preparing transaction details for review.
• Maintain orderly financial files and ensure accounting records are updated to reflect the latest activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather missing information and keep financial processes moving efficiently.
