Job Title: Processing Assistant.
Department: Operations / Loan Processing.
Reports To: AVP of Operations.
Location: Wayne, PA (in-office/fulltime).

The Processing Assistant plays a vital support role within the loan processing team, helping ensure timely and accurate progression of manufactured home loan files from application to closing. This position supports processors by preparing documents, verifying information, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining clear communication.

• Assist with preparing and organizing loan files for processing.
• Request and follow up on third-party documentation (e.g., title, insurance, income verification, payoff statements).
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with borrowers regarding outstanding documentation or clarification needs.
• Update and maintain accurate loan status and documentation.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, loan officers, and closing teams to ensure timely movement of loans.
• Monitor pipeline reports and follow up on aging files or missing items.
• Provide administrative support including scanning, uploading, and filing of loan documentation.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

• 1+ years of experience in a loan processing, administrative, or mortgage support role preferred.
• Familiarity with mortgage lending processes; manufactured housing loan experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with LOS software a plus.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
