A client in the Philadelphia area is looking for a part-time office administrator to work in office Tuesday through Thursday, 10-2, to assist with administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, enforcing and encouraging a strong company culture, and ensuring the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated, and trustworthy.
The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our client's offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provide historical reference by defining procedures for record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results, and making adjustments.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results.
- Keep management informed by reviewing reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
Compensation: $18-22/hr exact pay may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
