Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our home care agency in Rochester
. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the administrative functions necessary for delivering high-quality, compliant care. The Office Administrator will ensure that all operational and documentation procedures meet state regulatory standards and support overall agency efficiency.
- Act as the main contact for the Rochester office.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and professional.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare the office for audits, inspections, and visits from clients or senior personnel.
- Welcome and assist visitors to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with remote teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to address on-site requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and communications.
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage basic facility upkeep or coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Must reside in Rochester, NY
- Previous experience in office administration or facility management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
