Office-Campus Student Leasing Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office-Campus Student Housing Leasing Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Leasing Assistant will help prospective and current residents throughout the leasing process and provide excellent customer service to our student residents.

• Respond to prospective residents by phone, email, and in person
• Provide information about available housing, amenities, pricing, and lease terms
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Assist with leasing paperwork
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident events as needed
• Perform other housing and administrative duties as assigned

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property-management software
• Previous leasing, property-management, sales, or customer-service experience is a plus
• Experience working with college students or in student housing is preferred but not required

The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with students, parents, and prospective residents. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important.

Must be available for some evening and weekend hours, particularly during busy leasing periods.

Schedule: Part-time; flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
Location: Stone Ridge Commons
Pay: $18–$24 per hour
