Adelphoi is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Administrative Specialist to support the operations of our secure residential unit. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Residential Secure Program.
• Process and distribute client-related documents, including letters and reports.
• Proofread treatment plans, monthly reports, discharge summaries, and court documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate tracking of report timelines for agency benchmarking.
• Operate the control room to manage door access and support facility security.
• Answer unit phone; transfer calls and deliver messages.
• Process Detention reports for First Match.
• Review Detention files for completeness and assist with correcting deficiencies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (business coursework preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
