• Provide estimation services for assigned auction areas.
• Deliver accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services.
• Communicate estimates to maintenance, reconditioning, and other teams to initiate work.
• Work with procurement/purchasing staff to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies.
• Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation, and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates.
• Keep records of repair/reconditioning details and complete necessary paperwork.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors.
• Actively participate in and support all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or any degree/certification beyond high school with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.

Hourly base pay: $17.74 – $26.59 per hour. The rate may vary by location and candidate qualifications. Additional compensation may include commission or incentive programs.

Employees are eligible for at least 16 hours of paid time off each month and 7 paid holidays annually. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement leave, volunteer time, jury duty, military leave, and parental leave.
