Commercial Driver

Overview

Commercial Driver – Full Time at ALLDATA (Auto Zone). Deliver safe, timely automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers using company-provided vehicles. No CDL required. Career stability with growth opportunities in an essential industry.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services as needed.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts, load and unload per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely according to company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

• Minimum Age: 18+ to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
  Valid license and adherence to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible
  
  Schedule:
  
  Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills; bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
• Automotive Retail
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior automotive retail experience.
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred:
  Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
