• Mount single, three, and five piece wheel and off‑the‑road tires
• Ability to read and understand customer drawings
• Preassembly of wheels and organization or wheels and tires for mounter
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

• Basic tire and tire mounting knowledge helpful
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated
• Reading comprehension skills
• Productive in a team atmosphere

• Ability to move quickly with unrestricted mobility
• Able to lift up to 100lbs unrestricted with frequent lifts of 30-50lbs
• Frequent grasping with hands, bending/standing, pushing and pulling of off‑the‑road tires
• Availability to work overtime when required
