Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or Thursday and Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Pay rate: $15.27 per hour.

• Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
• Transport vehicles to and from designated areas on the auction premises, to dealerships and other businesses, while observing all auction driving rules, traffic laws, and practicing courteous and defensive driving.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the supervisor or team leader, relocate vehicles as necessary, and locate "lost" vehicles.
• Assist with vehicle operation as needed: inflate tires, jump‑start vehicles using a battery box and air tank, and notify the supervisor of inoperative vehicles or empty fuel tanks.
• Assist customers (dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as required.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors.
• Participate actively in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

• Valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record.
• Must be able to enter and exit vehicles continuously.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand, reach, talk, and hear.
• Must be comfortable stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, and climbing.
• Ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
• Vision requirements: clear close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous auction experience.
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.

Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels.

Hourly pay rate is $15.27. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and incentive programs.
