Race Mechanic Emil Frey Racing (100 %)

We are looking for a race mechanic in permanent position, competing in European Championships starting in January 2026.

This position is based in Switzerland or Germany.

Your profile

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• Experience as a mechanic or with Formula or GT cars.
• Strong technical background with proven reliability, resilience, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach toproblem-solving.
• You are dynamic, highly motivated, loyal, and thrive in a collaborative team setting
• Good level in English, both written and spoken, is required. Italian and German are a plus.

The Position

These are your key tasks:

• Working in a car crew at the racetrack and in the workshop, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
• Being part of the car crew ensuring setup and preparation of race cars for events and tests,following the specifications provided by the chief mechanic and race engineer.
• Ensure flawless vehicle operation during races and tests, proactively addressing any technical issues.
• Maintenance and testing of all vehicle components including racing equipment, ensuringreliability and safety.
• Work in a modern, well-organizedworkshop with top quality equipment
