Diehl of Robinson is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Express Lube Technician / Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service department in Robinson Township, Pennsylvania!

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and light automotive service while helping our service department deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil and filter changes on new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Rotate, inspect, and adjust tire pressure.
• Check and top off engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and other vehicle fluids.
• Replace engine air filters and cabin air filters.
• Inspect and replace windshield wiper blades.
• Perform multipoint vehicle inspections.
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Perform basic automotive maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Properly document completed services and inspection results.
• Safely operate automotive lifts, tools, and service equipment.
• Assist experienced automotive technicians with additional maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Help ensure vehicles are serviced accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to learn.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous automotive maintenance or quick‑lube experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
• Experience performing oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections is a plus.
• Ability to safely use automotive tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced service department.
• Willingness to learn new automotive service procedures and techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with automotive service.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
